Senior Analyst/Team Leader HRIS, Workday
Position Summary
The Sr. Analyst\Team Leader HRIS, Workday position is responsible for supporting, extending, and improving operational efficiencies within Human Resources. They will lead, as a thought partner, for customer groups, advise on business requirements, data presentation, and support decision making. This position will directly interact with other members of the HRS group, senior global HR leadership, as well as other senior business leadership across the Brookfield supported footprint.
This position will be required to be onsite.
Responsibilities:
3+ years of experience in Workday HCM, Talent & PerformanceHands on configuration experience two or more modulesExperience in performing Workday configuration within your defined area(s) of responsibility defining and shaping the business process architectureOwn workstream roadmap, evaluating existing configuration, map against functionality, prioritize and balance competing requests and priorities while being a champion of continuous improvementAct as Tier 3 support to global business users and HR to include: troubleshooting system issues, defect resolution, maintaining system structure data, assisting with ad-hoc reporting requests, and administering cyclical related processesUse creative problem-solving skills to conduct working sessions with users to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, recommend scalable and simple solution(s) based on evaluation of best courses of action and design, configure, and test changes/enhancements while managing and promoting the changes through the appropriate Agile sprint and change processesAdvise stakeholders on industry standards/best practices and provide suggestions to achieve clean configuration and streamlined processes underpinned by thorough understanding of system and security architecture including integrations and data managementLead feature releases working with business users, IT, vendors and other support teams to define scope, prioritize, plan, identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and provide key support in regression analysis and systems integration testing before implement system changes and enhancementsDocument requirements and technical specifications to support our solution landscape •End-to-end project management include developing projects for Release Managements and ensure adherence to project schedule and other specifications through a delivery-focused mindset, high energy and drive and the ability to achieve results through othersProvide day-to-day thought leadership and act as advisor or coach team members to mentor team with knowledge sharing and providing guidance that helps them to learn new skills relatively to their functional areasCollaborate with business users to implement process upgrades and system enhancements, leads testing and data validations, maintains data integrity, and ensures that overall system performance is aligned with business objectivesUnderstanding of Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), integrations, and calculated fields as well as being proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsSupport & document new functionality that is set up for Brookfield (Workday Releases R1\R2)Qualifications
