The Senior Treasury Analyst, Treasury Operations, reports to the Senior Director, Treasury Operations, and facilitates daily treasury operations, provides accurate cash reporting, assists with bank account management, and implements/operates treasury management system modules, for the second-largest retirement plan provider in the US. They provide a broad scope of support and oversee specific treasury responsibilities.
What you will do:
Monitor and analyze the company’s daily cash position to cover cash commitments and coordinate and optimize the short-term borrowing or investments, or assist in the execution of the daily cash management dutiesLead and assist with treasury management system (TMS) implementationPrepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on the global cash position using TMSAssist with short- and long-term intercompany settlements and transactionsApprove wire transactions, and facilitate other credit line transactionsDevelop, monitor and analyze bank feesMaintain positive banking relationships with depository banksAssist in maintaining banking records and legal documentationWork with treasury management to maintain and rationalize the company’s choice of key global banks including the analysis of bank fee structures, services, relationships, credit levels and counterparty credit quality/exposureAssist other departments (e.g., audit, accounting) with quarter-end and ad-hoc information requests as neededSupport corporate accounting, corporate tax, financial planning, internal audit and other functions as they relate to treasury transactions and entity structuresRecommend and implement solutions to strengthen operational controls and incorporate best practicesParticipate in special projects as requiredWhat you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field preferredMBA preferred Ability to quickly understand complex transactions and banking cash flowsKnowledge of the banking industry and technical knowledge of bank productsAbility to apply finance and treasury principles5-7 years of corporate treasury experienceStrong Excel skillsWhat will set you apart:

$81,700.00 - $115,450.00The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
