**In this role, you will:**
+ Lead or participate in moderately complex reporting initiatives and deliverables for Strategy & Planning, and the IT&V Annual Plan & Schedule Management and Testing and Validation teams
+ Contribute to large scale planning related to IT&V Technology Enablement and Transformation data sourcing, data provisioning and reporting activities
+ Assist in the identification of strategic business, investment opportunities, evaluation, and approval process of identified opportunities
+ Review and analyze business, operational, or technical assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives for data sourcing and reporting
+ Exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverables
+ Resolve moderately complex issues
+ Lead team to meet deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
+ Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor
+ Develop moderate to complex reporting using tools such as Python, SQL and/or SAS to support IT&V testing; be responsible for maintenance of existing reports and processes; developing new reports or enhancing existing data quality reports; proposing solutions to root causes of identified conditions.
+ Partner with Annual Plan, Strategy and Planning, Business Implementation Execution and Testing and Validation teams to review reporting requirements.
+ Effectively document the specifications for the reporting requirements and changes performed
+ Build relationships and collaborate with IT&V EBTP Technology team and other IT&V teams.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ 8+ years of analytics experience to build and deliver dashboards, tools, quantitative analyses, and advanced modeling that diagnose root cause issues and translate data into actionable insights using SQL, SAS, Python (Pandas)
+ Develop and automate data and analytics solutions, and iteratively build and prototype new reporting to provide insights at scale using tools such as SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Viya, Tableau. Alteryx experience is a plus
+ Experience gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources and ability to effectively integrate them for business needs
+ Ensure proper data security is in place for all reporting
+ Experience in risk management preferred
+ Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry, including compliance, risk management, and/or audit operations
+ Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
+ Strong analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Ability to research trends and analyze data
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate, verbal and written, with various levels of management, including senior leaders and executives
+ Critical thinking and analytical skills
