As a Senior Software Engineer, your primary responsibilities will be to write clean, concise, modular code in an agile environment, mentor developers and provide code reviews.

Contribute to Ballpark, one of the top apps in the app store!
Develop, monitor, and maintain Android code that runs on a variety of devices
Willingness to lead large projects
Provide thorough and timely code feedback to peers
Take concepts and put them into practice
Proactively identify and unblock issues
Develop complex front-end experiences for our fans
Integrate and maintain vendor SDK’s
Lead and take ownership of critical projects and your own initiatives
Participate in the full lifecycle of software development (requirements gathering, designing, developing, testing, deploying, operating, supporting and maintenance)
Work closely with the Product management team to design new features integrated into the platform
Own portions of the architecture. You will be given the resources, support, and autonomy to drive solutions
Triage operational issues when they arise
Work directly with our partners, who are industry leaders in cloud and mobile software
Participate in an on-call rotation with other team members
Participate in short term planning of software projects

Monitoring production software using DataDog
Education and Experience
At least four (4) years of Android/Kotlin programming experience
Knowledge of CLEAN architecture, modularization, and instant apps
Strong working knowledge of continuous delivery & build automation tools
Have published or participated in publishing one or more Android apps for an enterprise
Experience with the Android SDK
Experience working with remote data via REST APIs and JSON
Refactoring legacy codebases
Per the Colorado pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is $155,000 - $185,000.
