PwC is well known in connection with Big4, audit, tax and consulting. However, we have experts in the field of technology consulting, who deal with many areas through business process management, robotics and automation to artificial intelligence.
We have clients and projects all over the world. Our clients are mainly large financial institutions - banks and insurance companies, but we also have a project in the field of healthcare.
Our biggest focus is BPM. Business Process Management is more important today than ever before. Thanks to the Appian platform, we help our clients move their businesses forward. We primarily focus on process optimization and automation.
We work on international projects for clients from various sectors such as finance and healthcare.
Key responsibilities:Close collaboration and communication with clients, other members of our international team and experts in various fields from around the world,
Coordination of work to ensure timely delivery and desired quality,
Design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions on the Appian platform using best practices,
Creation of integrations with various systems,
Participation in scrum ceremonies,
Mentoring junior colleagues and leading smaller teams (depending on preferences and seniority level),
Opportunity to work with Front-End (UI) and Back-End technologies (databases, integrations, processes).
Personality requirements and skills
Technical Skills:
Ability to create, configure, and deploy applications to meet specified requirements;
Prior experience with platforms such as Appian or alternatives like Pega, IBM BPM, k2, Camunda, Mendix, OutSystems, Power Apps, and others;
Appian certification (preferred);
Understanding of agile software development management;
Knowledge of Appian plug-ins and best practices;
Previous experience with integrations (a plus);
Familiarity with object-oriented programming and databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, and others).
Additional Requirements:
University degree (in IT, technical, or economic fields);
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills;
Fluent communication in English (minimum level - B2);
Independence and ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks/projects;
Previous consulting experience (preferred).
Salary: starting from 1 900 €
Starting date: ASAP/upon agreement
