\nAs a Project Development Manager for air separation adsorbent and versal alumina solutions here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing projects to solve high impact separation challenges and grow our business in these dynamic segments. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of these projects, ensuring their successful execution and commercialization. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to drive innovation and continuous improvement in these areas.
\nYou will report directly to our HSP Specialties Senior Business Leader and you will work out of our Houston, TX or Rosemont, IL or Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have an impact by driving technical excellence, project management, collaboration, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the growth, competitiveness, and success of Honeywell Separation & Purification in the market.
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\nLead and manage projects related to air separation adsorbents and Versal aluminas, including setting goals, defining priorities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives\nOversee the development and implementation of these products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, product development, and improvement\nProvide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful execution of projects\nConduct regular reviews to maintain high-quality deliverables and meet project timelines\nYOU MUST HAVE
\n\nBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field\n2+ years of experience in the field of air separation adsorbents and/or aluminas\nExperience in leading and managing cross-functional teams\nStrong technical expertise in the development and implementation of these products\nKnowledge of industry standards and customer requirements\nPassion for safety, sustainability, and compliance\n\nWE VALUE
