Job Summary:

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Research and Analyse Real-time data and gather requirements to identify scope for improvements in systems / processes. Serve as the Architect for modelling business processes, translating feature and requirement from collaborators into fully formed user stories (If needed share Layouts or UI Design ideas). Collaborate with various functions within the business unit to gain alignments in the idea proposal. Develop conceptual prototypes to evaluate improvement in efficiency and productivity. Create the complete plan for the development of projects owned. Drive the Developers team to meet the lead time and quality commitments. Implement appropriate scheduling techniques throughout the project lifecycle to stay on schedule. Be the prime point of contact in case of any feedback or suggestions for the products owned. Drive the training and support activities for the new tools launched, ensuring maximum usage and a seamless transition from the existing process. Monitor the usage effectively, maintain and give towards continuous process improvement of Tools/Systems. Utilize suitable tracking methods and ensure reporting to Tools and Automation Manager. For This Role, You Will Need: Engineering Degree in any field 5+ years’ experience in Project / Product Management or as a Business Analyst Experience with SQL, Power Bi, Tableau Experience in any ERP Software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Certification in PGP/PGDM in Data Analytics/Business Analytics/Data Science and Engineering/AI/ML is an added advantage. Knowledge in Agile / Scrum, Critical Thinking Skills or Techniques Certification in SAFe POPM, Human Centric Design preferred. Exposure to Process Industry Good knowledge of Power Platforms.
