Senior Application Developer
JOB ROLE SUMMARY: Delivering functional Workday HCM Management solutions (Customizations, Workflows, Process Improvement, Business Analysis, Stakeholder Engagement). Provide day-to-day Workday financials support requests and incidents. Cross-functional engagement within the Finance, HR and Payroll functions as well as Integration and Data Services teams. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Communicate with business partners and document their Workday Support issues + Log Workday Support Desk tickets and coordinate their resolution + Workday HCMs Administration and Maintenance + Modify and create Workday Reports + Workday Business Process Configuration + Research issues in Workday Community + Log and Manage Workday Brainstorm requests for new features and functionality + Log and Manage issues with Workday Customer Care + Track new features in Workday Update releases, and understand impact to Acxiom's business processes + Work with Business Process Owner to develop and step through test scripts to evaluate new releases of Workday + Develop and document procedures for business processes + Document policies and procedures for Workday support tasks + Workday Upgrades/New Features Management + Support IT SOX Audit requests, as they relate to Workday HCM ERP System **ADDITIONAL SKILLS:** + A customer driven approach and good customer management skills + Ability to work autonomously and under pressure + Ability to multi-task, be highly organized, and work independently + Ability to identify problems and apply creative solutions + Workday HCMs Competencies + Modify and create Workday Security Roles and Assignment + Good written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation skills + Ability to communicate among technical and non-technical employees, and process orientation skills + Ability to learn new concepts quickly, and apply them in work environment **WHAT YOU WILL NEED:** + 3 - 5 years’ Workday HCM Competencies with a seasoned tenant (preferably in Recruiting and/or Compensation Modules) + 2+ years’ Experience with HCM report writing + A customer driven approach and good customer management skills + Ability to multi-task, be highly organized, and work independently + Ability to identify problems and apply creative solutions + Ability to communicate among technical and non-technical employees, and process orientation skills + Strong English Communication Skills both verbally and non-verbally + Ability to learn new concepts quickly, and apply them in work environment + Familiar with Agile and ITIL concepts + Proficient in Excel **Primary Location City/State:** Conway, Arkansas **Additional Locations (if applicable):** Acxiom is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer (AA/EOE/W/M/Vet/Disabled) and does not discriminate in recruiting, hiring, training, promotion or other employment of associates or the awarding of subcontracts because of a person's race, color, sex, age, religion, national origin, protected veteran, military status, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetics or other protected status.
