Overview

We are looking for a Senior Application Developer to contribute towards the success of our cloud solution initiative. This position will primarily focus on Salesforce-related development tasks that require deep technical expertise. The position also includes front-end development using React.js and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities Develop solutions using Salesforce platform features such as:Security, Sharing, Visibility, Data Model, Flows etc.APEX (Triggers, Platform Event handlers, batch processes, Async processes, frameworks & patterns etc.)Visualforce pages, Aura and Lightning Web componentsWeb Services (Rest, SOAP)m Authentication, Authorization, Patterns etc.Design and develop responsive user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, CSS, and HTMLMentor and support team members; raise the technical bar across the teamConduct thorough code reviews and promote best development practicesCollaborate using GitHub for source control, code merging, and pull request reviewsIdentify affected components and resolve merge conflicts during deploymentsDevelop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure code qualityAssist in project estimation, planning, and delivery of user stories in a SCRUM environmentEnsure on-time delivery of work and escalate blockers as neededUse tools like Developer Console and Workbench to troubleshoot and debug Salesforce applicationsAnalyze Salesforce debug logs for errors and performance issuesStay up to date with Salesforce platform updates, tools, and best practicesProactively identify and communicate issues, risks, and blockers to ensure timely project deliveryPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or related fields of work experience; Master degree preferred5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce) in an Enterprise environmentAdvanced experience with Salesforce platform features, including sharing, security, visibility, data models, Flows Strong knowledge of React tools and frameworks, including React.js, Webpack and ReduxExperience with Microservice API integration in React applicationsFamiliarity with performance testing tools such as Jest and CyprusProficiency in browser-based debugging and performance testing toolsExperience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud (Marketing Cloud is a plus)Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologiesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently while also supporting team collaboration Experience in stakeholder management with effective communication skillsSalesforce certifications preferred: Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II (plus), and Service Cloud (plus) Compensation The base pay range for this position is USD $150,000.00/Yr. - USD $225,000.00/Yr.
