What will you do?
Work collaboratively with solution architects, business analysts, project managers, and technical leads to design solutions for different back office processesDevelop and present solution alternatives along with recommendations to business stakeholders, executives, and senior managementRecommend best mix of standard functionality, configuration and custom development, interfacing applications and third party vendor solutions to meet business requirements and project objectivesHelp project delivery team with what cross commits need to do from ideation to launchWork with one or more of our backoffice vendor systems to determine technical requirements and documentationIdentify functional issues and risks and develop/recommend mitigation strategiesConfigure systems solution and develop functional specifications when needed based on business requirementsDocuments new builds and transitions to production support teamWhat do you need to succeed?
Must-have
3+ years of experience in IS/IT or Financial Security Reference Data systemsBe able to research and document current technical state of systems end-to-end through talking with users, other tech teams, and documentationStrong systems and process analysis and documentation skillsStrong visual and verbal communication skillsCollege degree or sufficient related work experienceNice-to-have
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or quantitative / analytical fieldExperience working in a team environmentExperience with project development process of baselining and managing changesExperience with financial/wealth management industryExperience with financial security reference dataWhat’s in it for you?
