About the opportunity
Reporting to the Application Support & Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for the management of defined applications by installing, configuring, upgrading, administering, monitoring, and maintaining the applications to keep them in a usable state, ensuring they are correct, consistent, and available at all required times. Delivery focus may include minor works, estimations, design, and systems development work to time, budget, and quality targets and by appropriate standards. Drive the technical investigation and participate in the troubleshooting process for incident/problem tickets. Resolves technical issues that may arise during the whole development lifecycle.

Technical expertise in supporting enterprise-level JAVA applications built in for cloud (GCP/AWS) environment using TerraformExperience in React as frontend technology and Java as backendExperience with highly scalable systems, inclusive of frontend and backend tiersHaving hands on experience with CI/CD into GCP/AWS platformMonitoring tools experience i.e., Sumologic. Site24X7, New RelicWorking experience on Oracle and PostgreSQL databaseExperience working in microservices and API development, and DevOps tools will be an added advantageITIL foundation certified preferred
