Provide technical support for the warehouse management system.Work with the project and cross-functional team to implement WMS (Warehouse Management System)Support warehouse and factory users on-site in application issuesProvide consulting and business partnering with warehouse and factory users in order to provide solutionsTrain end-users on WMS functionalitiesIdentify, assess, and assist in the resolution of issues, disputes, and risks in excellence plans and improvement initiativesAssist in the development of ERP-related policies and procedures.Provide support for supply chain-related projectsDevelop and maintain documentation for WMS processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.3+ years of experience in application support or a similar role.Upper-Intermediate level in English.Capable of working with WMS, and ERP systems.Knowledge of warehouse business processes including receiving, picking, shipping, etc.
