**Overview** SOSi is currently seeking a **Senior Application Systems Analyst (SYSMAN)** in **Fort Huachuca, AZ** . The Applications Systems Analyst will be formulating and defining system scope and objectives based on user needs. **Essential Job Duties** + Devise/modify procedures to solve complex problems + Prepare detailed program specifications + Analyze/revise system logic and document + Perform automated system configuration/monitoring/reporting + Provide computer management services in line with guidance/best practices + Support system patching/hardening + Develop/update POAM maintenance and resolutions + Provide account management services + Monitor event/user access logs and provide updates + Troubleshoot technical issues + Identify network/system fault corrections + Utilize Remedy ITSM to track/resolve problems + Monitor for policy changes + Support configuration/maintenance of applications + Document procedures/methods for SYSMAN maintenance + Support application/software updates/patches and reporting + Provide on-call support + Follow ITIL best practices + Develop/maintain SOPs/TTPs/SmartBooks + Participate in special projects **Minimum Requirements** + Active in scope SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain Interim SECRET clearance + HS +6 yrs similar technical experience or AA/AS +4, or BS/BA +2 + An IAT II certification (CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) is required + Must acquire Microsoft server specific certification (ex. MCP 70-410 or AZ-900 or 98-365) or higher within 180 days of hire + Ability to perform on-call and after duty hours as needed **Preferred Qualifications** + ITIL Foundation Certification + Microsoft - How to use Configuration Manager (SCCM) + DISA ACAS v5.3 **Work Environment** + Working conditions are normal for an office environment + Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment + May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable) **Working at SOSi** All interested individuals will receive consideration and will not be discriminated against for any reason.
