We are seeking a Senior Application Analyst who can effectively develop revenue recognition capabilities for all Zillow Group business lines. You will be a key contributor on the FinTech team, leading the way on the most important initiatives, designs, and operational events. You will coordinate closely with outstanding development and analyst teams within Enterprise Applications and across Zillow Core Tech to deliver holistic solutions across multiple services. You will author effective architectures, deliver critical code and configurations, and shepherd the quality of the team’s outputs.
As a Senior Applications Analyst, you will:
Design, configure, test, launch and support audit compliant technology solutions using Finance systems/applications, primarily Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue and Workday Financials.
Partner with Finance Technology's architects, analysts, developers, engineers, business, and product teams to drive end to end solutions from requirement analysis to launch.
Provide Level 2 support to solve incidents, resolve system issues, address user queries, provision user access to applications.
Find opportunities by researching new Zuora functionality to bring value to our customers or solve their problems.
Evaluate new Finance technology applications to solve customer needs.

U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $124,000.00 - $198,000.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.Who you areBachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant work experience.
7+ years of finance business systems configuration experience.
5+ years of experience designing and supporting Zuora Revenue for a Zuora implementation partner or in a corporate role, or equivalent experience with other SaaS applications.
Expert level proficiency in Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue and Workday Financials configuration, integrations, and application security, or equivalent experience with other SaaS applications.
Ability to understand end to end finance business processes and architect technical solutions spawning multiple finance systems/ applications.
Ability to drive projects independently, from initiation to completion even in ambiguous situations.
Strong collaboration skills to build good working relationships with partners.
Strong ownership, excellent communication, and collaboration skills across functions and levels. Focus on continuous improvement.
Experience in full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
Experience in Agile methodology and JIRA.
Zuora certification is preferred.
