Role & Responsibilities
* Develop and oversee client-facing deliverables.
* Evaluate client business processes to uncover improvement opportunities, conduct gap analysis, document findings, and translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
* Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage technical scopes, align with client expectations, and proactively identify and address potential risks or issues.
* Design and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure delivery of high-quality, functional solutions.
* Contribute to and deliver training sessions for clients and colleagues.
* Engage in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, providing estimates, and drafting client proposals.
* Show a commitment to continuous learning, teaching, and knowledge sharing by adopting emerging technologies to address client needs.
* Develop solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Azure suite.
* Design business processes and integrate data flows between Dataverse and other systems using Power Automate.
* Configure and extend Power Apps by creating model-driven and canvas apps, managing attributes, and overseeing solution management.
* Design and implement Power Portals for both client and public-facing applications.
* Build data connections, datasets, reports, and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.
Skills & Qualifications
* BS/BA Degree or equivalent.
* 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office 365.
* Experience in configuration and implementation of business applications.
* Microsoft Business Applications certification preferred.
* Experience working with ConnectWise Manage preferred.
