Job Description:
• Reviews application requirements, specifications and technical design documents then translates them into functional and data testing requirements
• Creates detailed, and well-structured testing plans and provides estimates for all required tasks and activities required to execute the plan
• Executes test cases, develops test scripts, and performs ad-hoc testing for requirement validation, acceptance criteria validation, integration, regression, performance, and usability testing.
• Identifies and logs defects and when necessary, leads analysis activities to narrow down the root causes of the defect issues
• Effectively communicates test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management
• Supports testing of existing applications, environmental upgrades, and resolutions of production issues.
• Collaborates, communicates with different teams, and triages technical issues across teams to test multiple projects at the same time based on priorities
• Brings knowledge of testing strategies/methodologies that can be applied for improved efficiencies and identifies opportunities to increase testing automation and testing depth
• Documents and follows testing standards and ensures consistency of testing approaches across projects
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• 5 - 8 years of related experience in Manual Testing.

Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
