The Role
As a Senior Applications Technical Specialist with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes\:
Qualification and Required Experience
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Fluent in spoken and written English 5 years experience as a ServiceNow Administrator 5 years experience using JavaScript in ServiceNow 5 years experience as an administrator for ServiceNow Catalogs and Portals 5 years experience using web services in ServiceNow (REST and SOAP) 5 years experience integrating ServiceNow with other platforms via all available options (automated flat file loads and transform maps, web services, connectors, etc) Experience acting as the primary regression testing resource for a ServiceNow upgrade Strong understanding of the Users, Groups, Roles, Security Groups, and User Criteria implementation in ServiceNow Sound knowledge of industry standards and methodologies Broad understanding of software applications in use at Worley including but not limited to Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle eBusiness Suite, Windows Operating Systems, Citrix, Systems Centre Suite of Products, Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, MS Teams Ability to work with globally dispersed virtual teams across a number of disciplines Experience with Employee Center Pro, IntegrationHub, Virtual Agent, ITSM, AES, HAM, HRSD, ITOM applications (Discovery, Event Management, Operational Intelligence, Orchestration, Service Mapping, CMDB, CSDM) highly desirablePersonal Qualities/Behaviours\:
