You Are:

A Senior Architect – Cloud Infrastructure Services with extensive expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and data center operations who will demonstrate strong hands-on experience, a proven ability to work in client-facing roles, and a deep commitment to excellence in service delivery.

 

The Opportunity:

·       Design, build, and operate enterprise data centers and cloud infrastructures.

·       Lead the design, migration, build, and operation of cloud solutions across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.

·       Collaborate with the CIS Centre of Excellence (COE) to develop new services and enhance existing offerings.

·       Maintain hands-on expertise to address complex infrastructure challenges and provide technical guidance to teams.

·       Work directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable solutions.

·       Work closely with UST’s sales, pre-sales, and Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) Teams to drive business growth and innovation.

·       Conduct Cloud Infrastructure Services capability presentations for customers, demonstrating UST’s expertise and value proposition.

·       Support pre-sales efforts by contributing to RFP responses, solution design, and proposal development.

·       Build and strengthen relationships with Hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) to drive cloud business growth and innovation.

·       Serve as a thought leader, representing UST at industry events and client discussions.

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What You Need:

·       At least 15 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Cloud technologies.

·       Extensive expertise in data center design, build, and operations.

·       Proven experience in cloud design, build, migration, and operations.

·       Strong hands-on technical skills in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IT infrastructure.

·       Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication and presentation skills.

·       Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams to drive business outcomes.

·       Experience as a strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

·       Willingness to travel within the United States. 

·       Bonus Points if you have:

o    Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, Google Cloud Architect).

o    Experience in developing managed services or enhancing service offerings within an enterprise environment.

o    Proven track record of working with Hyperscalers to grow cloud-related business.

 

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range: $133,000-$200,000

 

 

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
