We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Application Architect to join M&R Sales Tech team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the development of a robust, scalable, and high-performance Java-based portal.
This role is critical to define the Design and Architecture as we develop new Microapps, define optimization and best practices, cloud technologies (Azure). The ideal candidate will have a solid hands-on experience in Technology development and Architecture, Critical Thinking, Azure Cloud, CDN caching strategy, knowledge of AI/ML and capable of implementing the ideas.
Primary Responsibilities:
Architectural Design: Lead the architectural design, create network diagram and ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices Technical leadership: Provide technical leadership to the software development team, ensuring that the implemented solutions are aligned with the business objectives and the overall IT strategy. Code Review: Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to architectural standards. Implementation of Machine Learning Models: Use LLMs for implementing AI/ML models, performing data analysis, and generating insights. Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of the application through efficient coding practices and innovative solutions. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience: 13+ years of experience in software development and Architecture role Technical Skills: Extensive experience with Java, React, JavaSscript, AEM, SpringBoot Framework, GitHub Actions and related technologies Solid understanding of database design and optimization, including experience with SQL, cosmos db, data pipelines Problem-Solving Skills: Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail Communication Skills: Proven solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Soft Skills: Certification in relevant cloud technologies (e.g., Azure) Experience with Agile development methodologies Proven excellent leadership and team management skills Proven solid problem-solving and analytical abilities Proven effective communication and interpersonal skills
