Our Global Architecture & Urbanism Division combines the expertise of IBI’s Buildings and Placemaking practice, our Places’ capabilities, and CRTKL’s multi-sector design leadership to offer a diverse range of solutions focusing on human-centric design, sustainability, and technology.
Arcadis is seeking a Senior designer to join its Retail/Workplace Studio located in Beijing. This position collaborates with a diverse and creative team, dedicated to excellence in design and innovative problem solving. This position requires someone who initiates design concepts and leads the development of design.
角色责任：
Works closely with senior staff supporting design and technical tasks
Serves as project liaison, communicating with clients, consultants, and other contacts
Assists with construction document preparation
Revises drawings and renderings
Conducts research for the project team
Produces graphic presentations and builds study models
Performs code review and analysis
Performs calculations and basic analytical tasks
Organizes files, materials and displays
Provides technical guidance to junior designer
Attends and participates in client meetings as needed
资格和经验：
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
4+ years of related architecture experience
Knowledge of Chinese construction practices
Strong graphic and presentation skills
Proficient in both verbal and written Mandarin and English
Ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple projects
Maintains effective communication with project team members
Interacts well with other disciplines and clients in a manner that builds productive relationships
Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Affinity Suite software
Proficient in Revit preferred
LEED accreditation preferred
