In this critical role, you will be responsible for understanding the entire engineering and marketing operations digital platform and providing visionary leadership to manage client stakeholders, product owners, and a specialized team focusing on Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and engineering expertise. As a Solutions Architect you will use your technical expertise in solution architecture and work closely with the client’s technology and management teams. You will also bring your experience to research and inform on enterprise-wide trends. **Responsibilities** + **Holistic Platform Understanding:** + Develop a deep understanding of clients' engineering and marketing operations digital platforms, including components, technologies, data flows, and integrations. + **Collaboration with Product Owners:** + Support business development and collaborate with product owners to define and refine product roadmaps and feature enhancements. + Collaborate closely with product owners and business stakeholders to gather feedback and align on market trends for feature improvements. + **Technical Feasibility & Solution Validation:** + Verify the technical feasibility of solutions and validate options against requirements. + **Adobe Experience Cloud Expertise:** + Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, especially Adobe Experience Platform services and other Adobe tools for marketing and customer experience. + **Engineering Excellence:** + Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance engineering solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements. + **Team Leadership:** + Lead and mentor a team of engineers, architects, and technical experts, encouraging collaboration and innovation. + **Solution Design & Documentation:** + Create detailed solution designs and technical documentation, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and industry best practices. + **Continuous Improvement:** + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the platform’s performance, security, and efficiency. + **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** + Collaborate with teams across marketing, data science, IT operations, and security to ensure smooth integration and operation. + **Project Estimation:** + Drive estimation efforts for new projects to assess scope and resource requirements. **Qualifications** **Your Skills & Experience:** + **Project Leadership & Management:** + Lead and oversee planning and estimations for Adobe projects. + Manage all project tracks, including Frontend, Backend, QA, and Project Management. + **Adobe AEM Expertise:** + Strong hands-on experience with Components, Templates, Taxonomy, and Metadata Management. + Proficient in Forward & Reverse Replication, Workflow, Content Publishing & Unpublishing, Tagging, and Deployment (Maven). + Experience in Content Migration and Planning. + **Architecture & Infrastructure:** + Strong knowledge of Physical Architecture concepts, including Load Balancers (ELB), Apache Setup, and CDN. + Expertise in Disaster Recovery Planning and recommending AEM publish and author instance capacities. + **Solution Design & Quality Assurance:** + Recommend solutions considering SEO, Accessibility (A, AA, AAA), Scalability, Security, Performance, and Responsive Architecture. + Implement Quality Processes such as Continuous Integration (Bamboo, Jenkins, Git, BitBucket, Cloud Manager). + Experience with SonarQube, Code Reviews (Manual & Automated), Code Formatters, and Automation Testing. + **Additional Technical Expertise:** + Experience with Mobile App Development, Digital Asset Management, Adobe Scene 7 (Adobe Dynamic Media). + Integration with eCommerce platforms like Hybris, Magento, ElasticPath, and Microservices-based architecture. + Strong knowledge of Cloud-Native approaches (AWS, Azure, GCP). + **AEM Cloud & Frontend Technologies:** + Experience with SaaS-based AEM as Cloud Service and AEM SDK. + Good knowledge of Adobe I/O Runtime and Adobe I/O Events. + Proficient in frontend technologies: Bootstrap, Backbone.js, ReactJS, Handlebars, Grunt, Angular, CSS3, HTML5, jQuery. + Knowledge of templating with JSP, HTL, and integration with MVC FE frameworks. + **Core Java & Backend Development:** + Mastery of core Java technologies (Java 8/11) used in CMS/WCM platforms. + Expertise in XML, XSL, XSLT, XSD, server-side programming models, and related frameworks. **Set Yourself Apart With:** + **Adobe Marketing Cloud Expertise:** + Develop digital consumer experiences using Adobe Marketing Cloud products, including AEM. + Define solution architecture for global customer engagement and web content management platforms. + Integrate supporting technologies such as AEM, Search, Adobe Social, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Communities, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign Standard, Adobe Launch, and more. + **Feature Development:** + Build advanced features like multi-site and multi-channel delivery. + Implement personalization/targeting, content aggregation & syndication, and multi-lingual support. + Develop automated workflow management and social media integrations. + **Technical Problem-Solving:** + Diagnose and resolve technical challenges related to AEM implementation. + **Client Interaction & Solution Design:** + Work with clients to define end-to-end specifications and solution architecture for content & collaboration solutions. + Guide senior developers on design and implementation strategies. + **Process & Standards Definition:** + Establish implementation processes, quality gates, and development standards. +
