Key Responsibilities

Explore design options and develop outstanding high quality design on mid to large projects Develop designs and oversee the delivery stages of the projects Work closely with clients, Partners and team members to explore options and develop concept design Work collaboratively with others in an inclusive culture Grow and develop the skills of other team members Contribute to a positive culture and team morale through your leadership style Work across multiple projects effectively Apply creative skills across multiple sectors but with the expertise of other specialists when needed

Skills and Experience

A qualified and ideally registered architect with at least 10 years industry experience A proven track record  working on all stages of projects including ideally education projects Experience on cross laminated timber structures beneficial  Experience gained on commercial and education projects but additional experience on mixed use and other sectors also valued Experience should include local experience in NSW Experienced gained in high quality design studios
