About this role

An incredible opportunity is available for an Architect/Project Lead to join a mid-size, design-focused studio in the heart of Brisbane. The practice uses an integrated, collaborative approach to work with clients and contractors to create quality projects, embracing inclusivity and a positive team environment. Projects range from commercial, retail, multi-residential, public and social housing sectors and always with a framework of being socially, culturally and environmentally responsible. 

This role calls for a very capable experienced Architect with outstanding technical skills and hands on Revit/BIM skills for a key role on landmark and socially progressive projects.

Key responsibilities

Ensure project is aligned to highly complex project guidelines Coordinate with all relevant contractors and consultants Collaborate with and lead team on big projects through design and documentation stages Mentor junior team members

Skills and experience

Previous experience on large, design-led projects Highly proficient using Revit Outstanding documentation and detailing abilities Sound knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
