About this role

This internationally renowned Australian design practice is seeking an experienced Project Leader to join their busy Sydney studio. The ideal candidate will be a talented architect with outstanding all round skills and strengths  leading projects through delivery stages ( design skills also valued). Ideally you will have local experience including mid to large projects across a variety of sectors. This will suit an experienced Architect with confident communication skills, and experience on large projects. 

Key responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the design and delivery of multi res projects  Work effectively with others in a collaborative high performance environment   Proven experience leading multi-residential projects Provide a thorough understanding of detail design and documentation process

Skills and experience

Approx 10 years experience across a range of different projects but multi res in particular  Exposure to Class 2 regulations highly valued Revit skills desirable A portfolio of high quality work A solid understanding of Australian standards and BCA’s Capable of working in a collaborating team environment Self-motivated, able to lead on a project package and manage a team
