Your role: Join the Life Science ERP Program as a Supply Chain Solution Expert and play a pivotal role in transforming our planning landscape. Reporting to the IT Solution Owner for Supply Chain Planning (ITSO), you will manage the preparation & deployment of supply chain application solutions across SAP S/4 (PP, PP/DS, AATP) and Advanced Planning Systems (APO SNP/PPDS), that will impact the business for years to come. You will collaborate with Business Process Experts and Data Experts to drive continuous improvement and align our business strategy. Your expertise in Supply Chain SAP ERP and APS functionality, especially within the Life Sciences industry, will be crucial. You will identify areas for improvement, develop designs and implement solutions, delivering high-quality results. Main tasks include: 

Responsible for preparation of Supply Chain Planning Key Design Decisions & deployment activities, ensuring adherence to harmonization objectives 

Drive business solution change at an application level as a change agent while ensuring solution simplification & system standardization 

Identify areas for supply chain solution improvement and work with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Business Process Owner, Process Experts and Data Experts) to implement change across business transformation activities and programmes. 

Develops detailed solution requirements and blueprint documentation & maintains up-to-date records of all design and deployment activities 

Synthesizes information & provides strong recommendations  

Leverages advanced problem-solving & analytical skills to drive progress on simplifying and improving complex work processes 

Impact and Complexity 

Responsible for preparation of key solution designs, build and testing criteria & associated deployment activities (e.g., fit/gap analysis, risk mitigation and quality documentation). 

Continuous improvement of supply chain solutions (SAP S/4 ePPDS, AATP and APO PP/DS, PP), additionally any exposure to other planning systems would be beneficial. 

Balance multiple projects and priorities within tight timelines. 

Collaboration 

Engage with supply chain teams across the business. 

Coordinate with the Solution Owner for Supply Chain Planning and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business strategy 

Engages with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback 

Who you are: 

Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Supply Chain Planning processes or a related field.

Experience with state-of-the-art SAP ERP (S/4 Hana) & Advanced Planning Systems, preferably within the Life Sciences industry (or Pharmaceuticals). 

Proven track record in managing solutions and implementations within multi-systems ERP/APS landscapes. 

Experience in project management, utilising change control methodologies. 

Strong analytical skills. 

Effective communication skills to work closely with various stakeholders across the global business, with the ability to travel for key project stages and meetings. 

Demonstrated ability to support the strategic design & development of ERP template solutions.
