Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders across multiple disciplines; business analysts, product owners, testing teams and wider technical stakeholders• Strategy definition of our target state enterprise level foundational platforms• Provide architectural leadership for services/solutions across Insurance service domains• Define and align a vision, but with the ability to deliver incrementally and provide immediate value to the stakeholders• Work with the wider HSBC organization to drive Insurance specific priorities for solutions that we should leverage from group or WPB levels• Define and maintain architecture and technology roadmaps on enterprise level across markets• Design scalable, secure and resilient solutions/platforms utilizing modern technology stacks• Provide detailed design guidance to senior lead solution architects to make sure their technical designs are sound can meet business capability service resilience needs• Ability to understand and further explain complex technical concepts to business stakeholders senior engineers
