**Overview**
As the Senior Art Director, you will drive the creative output of the team and required is a blend of a strongcreative vision with an understanding of business objectives for our client and the agency team.
You will execute and oversee the output of high quality digitally integrated, creative communications and precision marketing campaigns. With your knowledge you will bring a mix of digital expertise and business understanding to the position, promoting our company and that of our valued client, NIVEA. You are someone that can inspire others, taking our digital creative to a new level as we continue to grow. You will actively participate in the execution of and review work of the Lats mile creatives in the production of always on and precision marketing digital assets and beyond.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work with Last Mile and Implementation Hub Leads to prioritise work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs, establishing production schedules by collaborating with the Last Mile and Implementation Hub teams.
+ Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner.
+ Review and approve art developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges.
+ Present, or oversee presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables.
+ Work with account teams and project manage to understand the clients’ brand and manage projects in a way that will support the delivery of the brand idea.
+ Build the agencies reputation both externally and internally.
+ Concern yourself with the wellbeing of the team’s culture, people and client. Lead by example.
+ Provide feedback, clear, focused, feedback to your creative teams regarding improvements that could be made to the work, the department and the agency.
+ Actively support and involve cross-functional team members at the appropriate time to resolve issues, and successfully deliver an excellent product from ideation through to execution.
+ Promote a culture of “solutions” within the agency.
+ Be responsible for your reporting lines and the effective management and the growth of direct reports.
**Qualifications**
+ Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives for clients and the agency.
+ Prior experience with digital design, or production.
+ Passionate and detail orientated
+ Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, but also understand offline and print.
+ Digital layout, typography composition, and production skills
+ Good communication and presentations skills, both verbal and written
+ Ability to multi-task.
+ Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro
