What You'll Do

Role Overview: As a Senior Associate at BCG, you'll play a pivotal role in collaborative teams, identifying, developing, and implementing solutions for client challenges. You’ll embark on a journey of exploration and innovation, pushing the boundaries to drive impactful change.

 

As part of the BCG Brussels Consulting staff, you will be a core member of our Brussels office working alongside some of the world’s top minds in strategy management consulting. You will advise clients on executive level across industries and topics supporting them to improve or transform their businesses and achieve excellence.

 

Along this exciting journey you will be supported by senior mentors, excellent research and knowledge teams and career development experts which will help you to become highly successful in reaching both your personal and professional goals.

Master’s degree required; with either an advanced degree or at least 2 years of relevant professional experienceStrong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, paired with high attention to detailCritical thinking skills to evaluate information, make informed decisions, and develop innovative solutionsComfortable working in dynamic environments with different projects for you to work onExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language(s) – Dutch or/and FrenchAbility to work collaboratively in diverse teams and adapt to changing environments
