Senior Associate, Commercial Operations

Day-to-day responsibilities:

The coordinator will ensure that workflow of the RFPs, Proposals and Due Diligence Questionaries are managed effectively and efficiently with the Commercial Operations team to maximize value.  Maintain and expand our content database of Loopio and SharePoint to improve proposal quality and team productivity.  Define and optimize the content repository structure (Loopio, SharePoint) and program management system (Monday.com).  Ensure database accessibility, data integrity, and data backup.  Increase adoption, utilization, and usability of our content management systems. Track content usage, measure productivity and quality, and identify content gaps. Oversee proactive RFP databases and share potential opportunities with relevant stakeholders.  Map and enhance the knowledge base architecture.  Assimilate information from SMEs and previous requests, rewriting it in a clear and consistent style.  Ensure legal and operational compliance of all content and database records. Conduct regular reviews to update and expand the knowledge base. Regularly review the knowledge base structure to meet business needs. Provide training to knowledge base users and gather feedback regularly.

Essential traits:

Minimum 2-3 years of work experience, ideally a leading business, digital, or strategy consulting firm Experience of managing data, data libraries, tagging and categorization.  Orchestrate complex agendas, align senior leadership, prioritizing activities and working with others to get things done (in a matrixed organization) Manage and execute projects efficiently; provide hands-on support to multiple activities, often requiring strong consulting skills (slides writing, effective communication, some analytics, …) Collaborate and communicate with various teams and individuals, with different level of seniority in different geographies and with different backgrounds  Quickly learn, with the ability to connect how different workstreams fit together to see the larger picture Bachelor’s degree in English/Business/Management or equivalent experience  Advanced proficiency in Loopio or similar RFP system, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Monday.com, Adobe Acrobat and Salesforce desirable. Excellent written/spoken English with strong business writing Ability to manage confidential, sensitive information
