Senior Associate, Commercial Strategy
About The Role:Kroll is seeking a dynamic Senior Associate, Commercial Strategy within our Commercial Operations Team who will drive initiatives and projects related to commercial strategic planning, sales enablement and driving collaboration across the business. This includes monitoring progress, ensuring quality, and managing clients and internal stakeholders’ relationships. Our Commercial Strategists are analytical and creative in their approach to solving complex problems and identifying the right solutions. In this role, the Senior Associate will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including sales leaders, revenue officers and the wider Go-To Market team and develop relationships internally and externally to ensure alignment towards Kroll’s commercial goals. The Senior Associate will work in partnership with sales leaders and play an imperative role in helping them achieve success and bringing ideas, initiatives, and innovative service offerings to life. This is a unique opportunity to support growing teams through efficient and effective problem-solving. Supporting the development of new ideas from inception to execution, the Senior Associate will ensure that project recommendations are practical, relevant, and cohesive. It’s a role that demands creativity at the strategic level – and command of all the technical and operational details of execution and development of processes. Core Requirements:Facilitate strategic go-to-market plans and execution, collaborating across Kroll’s service and industry specific teams on client ready solutions, specific campaigns, and priority / target clients.Sales Support (Enterprise Sales and Key Account Managers): Build capabilities internally to best support the Sales team; support training and enablement of our Sales teams.Strategic analysis and reporting. Put in place relevant KPIs and track business progress. Leverage strong data analysis skills to identify trends and make recommendations to commercial leaders.Project Management Mindset. Able to identify next steps, drive resultant action items and develop relevant meeting materialsSupport preparation of client events and collateral. Alongside Marketing, support the Sales teams and Experts and Knowledge team’s preparation for external client eventsPrimary Skills:Minimum 3/4 years of work experience, ideally a leading business, digital, or strategy/management consulting firmOrchestrate complex agendas, align senior leadership, prioritizing activities and working with others to get things done (in a matrixed organization)Manage and execute projects efficiently; provide hands-on support to multiple activities, often requiring strong consulting skills (slides writing, effective communication, some analytics, …)Collaborate and communicate with various teams and individuals, with different level of seniority in different geographies and with different backgrounds; be able to communicate with senior leadersAbility to learn quickly, with the skill to connect how different workstreams fit together to see the larger picture; Be able to provide guidance to senior leaders based on solid understanding of how Kroll operatesSecondary Skills/Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experienceAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Salesforce desirable.Excellent written/spoken English with strong business writingFlexible to work during UK/Europe time zone.In order to be considered for a position, you must formally apply via careers.kroll.com Kroll is committed to equal opportunity and diversity, and recruits people based on merit.
