This position is responsible for providing dedicated Construction Loan Servicing to the Construction Loan portfolio. Working within a team that will be concentrated on a shared portfolio with tasks being assigned by the supervisor of the area. They also work closely with outside vendors for inspections, and frequent borrower contact. The colleague will make disbursements, prepare communications to borrowers and request inspections, title reports and additional items needed to assist in the borrower’s completion of the construction project.

Key Responsibilities

Ability to deliver high quality professional service to internal and external customers, understanding all aspect of construction loan processing, ensuring requests are processed accurately within established policies and departmental procedures.

· Review loan files for required documentation and familiarity of project.

· Reviews completed inspections, calculates, and ensures that loan meets criteria and policies for disbursement.

· Contacts customers on a regular basis for follow up and answer questions.

· Maintains awareness of the construction project throughout the construction period and works with borrower and management to ensure project will meet designated timeframes outlined in the borrower’s documents.

· Working Knowledge of MSP is preferred

Education: College is preferred and/or least 5 years in Loan Servicing, prior experience with Construction lending preferred.

The estimated salary range for this position is $25.00 USD per hour to $30.00 USD per hour. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
