As an Senior Associate, you will work closely with internal and external teams to analyze data, provide valuable insights, and contribute to the development of data-driven solutions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and learning in a fast-paced agency environment. **Responsibilities** + Collaborate with internal and external team to understand their data needs and requirements. + Troubleshoot and address teams’ operational challenges, ensuring proper functionality and accurate results with focus on media-specific processes and methodologies. + Utilize programming skills to extract, transform, and troubleshoot to support data analysis and reporting tasks. + Contribute to developing and enhancing data-driven solutions, leveraging your expertise to improve processes and methodologies. + Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data science, identifying opportunities to leverage new tools and techniques. + Performs other duties as assigned or requested based on the team's and business's needs. **Qualifications** + Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights. + 1 to 3 years of practical experience or equivalent education in + Excel for data manipulation and visualization + Python for advanced analytics and scripting + SQL for database querying + Familiarity with BI tools, such as Tableau and PowerBI. + Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges. + Demonstrated experience working with teams in a professional setting, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Bachelor's in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline), or completion of a reputable data analysis or programming boot camp. + Experience in Media Industry, including a understanding of agency, media trends, metrics, and analytics to drive data-informed decisions. **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
