Senior Associate, Demand Generation

In This Role, You Will: The Demand Generation, Senior Associate will build and execute highly effective marketing programs to drive pipeline and ultimately revenue for Cvent. We’re looking for a B2B marketing professional that thrives on executing demand generation programs. The successful candidate is a MarTech savvy AND analytical go-getter who is adept at developing collaborative working relationships with business unit stakeholders, marketing colleagues, and cross-functional teams and/or vendors to deliver results. This position places heavy emphasis on demand generation and go-to-market campaigns. You’ll be responsible for marketing the Event and Hospitality Cloud Platforms as well as point solutions. Additionally, you will: Execute and optimize multi-touch marketing campaigns that include Email and Nurture campaigns. Collaborate with marketing operations team to understand and guide the lead management strategy. Assist in optimizing existing MarTech and onboarding new technologies for the Cloud teams Work closely with global shared services teams to build and optimize emails including email template design. Contribute to the overall demand generation plan by partnering with different marketing functions and the sales organization Work closely with database and analytics teams to understand and optimize campaign performance. Drive sales and marketing alignment. Here's What You Need: 1-3 years of experience executing marketing programs that produce revenue, preferably in a technology / Software as a Service company Ability to define, document and manage requirements for processes and systems Experience with multiple coordinated software systems including email marketing, CRM, marketing automation or analytics (preferably with Salesforce and Marketo) Comfortable in analysis of multiple and large data sets and ability to derive actionable conclusions A proven ability to readily grasp, organize and present concepts to internal stakeholders An innate ability to conceive and sell innovative marketing ideas An understanding of the B2B sales funnel and focus on driving leads, MQLs, and opportunities BA/BS in marketing or closely related field Excellent people skills to collaborate with various teams including sales operations, direct sales, product marketing and regional marketing teams.
