We are currently seeking an experienced communication professional to join the Global Communications team in Mumbai. You will collaborate closely with counterparts across public relations, creative and business marketing to elevate the quality of our materials.
The day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Support to design, develop and execute media advocacy and thought leadership projects by identifying topics and developing content on key focus areas for leadership team members
· Partner with leaders to craft engaging and visually empowering presentations tailored to convey the right message to the audience—for impactful storytelling and simplifying complex business data. An in-depth knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint is a must-have.
· Contribute to media monitoring efforts for Kroll, support in researching media opportunities and creating comprehensive dashboards
· Support in proof reading and content creation for short and long-form content such as newsletters, press releases, leadership emails, customer communication, case studies, white paper, email blasts and marketing material
· Leverage cutting-edge digital tools (like Poppulo and Cision) to deliver engaging and impactful corporate messages
· Collaborate with stakeholders to enforce the Kroll communication guidelines to ensure consistency and excellence across articles, reports, marketing material and internal documents.
Essential traits
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication or a related field.Prior experience of 3-5 years as copy editor, with a focus on proofreading, business writingExcellent communication skills with an ability to learn the firm’s businessFamiliarity with AP style or similar style guidesStrong Microsoft Office skills: PowerPoint, ExcelKnowledge of Poppulo, Cision and SharePoint requiredExperience with productivity software, including monday.com is a plusA team player capable of collaborating across a global organizationAbout Kroll
