The Importance of the Role
The Sr. Associate GT Commercial Inventory will support commercial GT programs and is responsible for ensuring inventory is tracked for finance and quality assurance purposes across the entire global drug supply network. He/she will work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, Quality, IT departments and external CMOs to ensure an accurate account of inventory.The Opportunity to Make a Difference
Maintaining/tracking inventory of available clinical/commercial supplies in the ERP systemWork closely with contract manufacturers, understand batch records, and enter work orders into the ERP systemProviding drug supply metrics and inventory visibilityReconciling production and inventory records with financeInterface with all departments to ensure that all inventory/material requests are filled in a timely and accurate mannerMaintaining accurate and efficient inventory controlsAssist in the set-up/implementation of new tools/systems to improve/enhance inventory accuracy and service levelsMore about You
This role requires an understanding of the pharmaceutical supply chain as well as financial and analytical skills.Experience in multiple manufacturing sites and/or contract manufacturing environment are desirable.BA/BS required with 3-6 years of experience in a position directly related to materials management and inventoryAttention to detail is requiredMust work collaboratively with staffExcellent Microsoft Excel requiredExperience with ERP or Financial Reporting software such as Oracle or SAP desiredWhat Now?
