What You Will Get To Do: 

Detail understanding of GAAP accounting and how it relates to security investmentsKnowledge of basic concepts of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Trail Balance and Investment Position AppraisalsUnderstanding the required journal entries to complete daily and monthly tasks for hedge fundsSome Private Equity experience will be beneficialPreparing and reviewing cash and investment position reconciliationsPreparing and reviewing Net Asset Valuation packagesReviewing income allocation calculations for completeness and accuracyDealing with Audit request.
