What you'll do
Support planning and execution of consumer and retail campaigns targeting outbound Korean customers to deliver sales target and increase brand awareness.
Utilize necessary channel mix - including, but not limited to, ATL (print, sponsorships), on-the ground activities (events, booths) and complementary digitals (content marketing, socials) to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Set up multiple KPI metrics to assess the real value of campaigns (e.g. traffic & revenue uplift, brand awareness & registrations, user retention).
Analyze internal data to gain customer insights and seasonal patterns, as well as monitor external news and reports to understand the latest outbound travel trends/needs to form strategic campaigns.
Collaborate with co-workers in overseas offices to ensure the local approach aligns with the overarching global branding strategy.
What you'll need
Minimum 3 years of track record in consumer and retail marketing, with experience of utilizing a mix of digital, ATL and BTL media channels.
Digital savvy, good analytical and administrative skills.
Resilient, performance-driven individual, able to deal with pressure and change.
Command of English and Korean for written and spoken business communication
Ability to communicate effectively with teams across different global offices and different cultural backgrounds.
A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, ‘roll-up-your-sleeves’ attitude.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, technology or quantitative field is a plus.
Experience in the travel or e-Commerce industry is a plus.
