Capital One, one of Fortune Magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For,” is looking for a Senior Associate, Partner Marketing, to support satisfaction, retention, and growth of Partner relationships within Capital One Trade Credit (COTC).
COTC provides customizable, tech-enabled B2B credit solutions for enterprise-scale merchants, as well as Partners with whom we can go-to-market as part of an integrated product or marketing strategy to serve their merchants and/or customers. Our trade credit solutions enable our merchants and Partners to grow sales, improve working capital, reduce risk, increase operational efficiency, and enhance their customer experience throughout the purchase-to-payment lifecycle.
To support the satisfaction, retention, and growth of our Partners and their Customers, we are seeking a results-focused team player who will collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to support product and process rollouts, change management initiatives, lifecycle marketing and VoC initiatives, as well as key results reporting and analytics to meet business and compliance requirements as well as help inform business process improvements and future strategies.

**What you’ll do:**
The Senior Associate is a key member of the Partner Marketing team supporting horizontal marketing initiatives across all COTC partners. Key areas of responsibility include:
+ Communications to customers and partners related to change management support, including but not limited to policy and product offering updates.
+ Strategy and execution for customer and merchant lifecycle marketing from development of the plan, buildout of creative in partnership with agency, testing/deployment in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
+ Pull and analyze results on communication performance and evaluate opportunities to enhance strategies, sharing with stakeholders
+ Conversion and onboarding support for new partners and customers, including communications execution in support of client marketing lead, collateral to support programs, partner training
+ Well-managed team lead - become a subject matter expert on marketing and brand compliance, including reporting and email governance for marketing and notifications; process and controls related to email governance/email contactability; lead on audit requests within Partner Marketing domain
+ Collateral and partner microsite management and maintenance supporting development of new intent and program updates
+ Lead customer survey initiatives to measure customer satisfaction, report and shareout results and recommendations for action planning
+ Go-to-market strategy and execution support for customer or merchant-impacting initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders for input on messaging, timelines, plans and operational readiness
+ Manage and work with email, print, and statement vendors
+ Develop and maintain calendar of marketing communications
+ Manage and report on program specific budget
Note: This role will require some travel.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or Military experience.
+ At least 2 years of experience in Product or Partner marketing, planning, executing and analyzing marketing programs.
+ At least 2 years of experience in B2B Marketing.
+ At least 2 years of experience managing creative processes.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email campaign builds.
+ Experience with personalization, fintech, machine learning and other leading technologies.
+ Enjoys white space and thinking outside the box.
+ Partner and customer minded, results-oriented; ability to remove obstacles and achieve business results.
+ Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communications skills.
+ Ability to influence.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Chicago, IL: $86,000 - $98,200 for Sr. Associate, Marketing
McLean, VA: $94,600 - $107,900 for Sr. Associate, Marketing
PORTLAND, ME: $86,000 - $98,200 for Sr. Associate, Marketing
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
