TITLE:                      Senior Associate, Product Management

Duties:                    Configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target to build multi-channel campaigns. Implement A/B, MVT, recommendations and automated personalization tests. Support test prioritization and ongoing roadmap of Target improvements. Support and develop processes and documentation for tagging, testing, QA, and reporting. Collaborate with developers to ensure target code follows best practices. Support development and integration of Target solution within MarTech stack. Develop reports and Dashboards in Adobe Analytics and Target Advice on testing protocols and practices to ensure testing needs are met. Report on testing efforts and insights to business stakeholders, internal technical teams/developers, and external analytics vendors/consultants. Remote work permitted.

SCHEDULE:             40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

LOCATION:             SLM Nitrocollege, LLC, 300 Continental Drive Newark, DE 19713

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another related field of study. and five (5) years of experience as a (all levels) Software Developer, Programmer Analyst, Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, Technology Specialist or similar occupation where required experience gained.

SPECIAL SKILLS:     Also required experience in the following:

Implementation of Adobe Target;A/B and multi-variate testing methodologies;JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, or Data layers; andCreating Adobe Target Implementations across Web, mobile and apps.
