About the Team

The Platform Innovation team leads up the strategy, launch + scaling of DoorDash’s nascent bets for its white-label restaurants business. 

About the Role

You will report into our Manager of Launch + Product Operations and serve as a member of our broader Restaurant Platform organization. This role will lead the strategy, discovery + roll out of key product features/releases for our team.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization, including product managers, engineers, sales, and customer support, to align across the lifecycle of launching a product Data-driven Decision Making: Use data and insights to optimize product performance, influence strategic decisions, and drive continuous improvement. Process Optimization: Identify and implement processes that enhance the efficiency of product rollout   Problem-Solving at Scale: Solve complex problems related to product development, launch, and delivery, ensuring that operations run seamlessly. Exposure to Product Strategy: Gain a deep understanding of product strategy and contribute to how the product is delivered to the market. Ownership and Autonomy: Enjoy a role that offers a high degree of ownership, with the ability to projects end to end  Customer-Centric Focus: You will get to work directly with our merchants to tie strategy to real world application, collect product feedback and test impact We’re excited about you because… You have 2-5 years of working experience in roles such as but not limited to: startup/ restaurant tech/software strategy & operations, product management or banking, consulting You have experience building a strategy based on a combination of industry research and real world needs of your project/product’s users You are a flawless executor who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get to the lowest level of detail to solve problems Your cross-functional partners love you. We are a small scrappy team which means that we work closely across teams and departments to reach our goals. You can communicate, collaborate and drive alignment across product, engineering, sales, onboarding + support You are comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities and putting out fires - we are an early stage product and this will come with the territory You are analytical - your first instinct is to go deep in the data to solve our problems   Willingness to travel up to 20% of business days is required Experience working closely with technical products is a plus Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google products and SQL are a plus

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.  Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington. $79,900—$117,500 USDAbout DoorDash
