The person in this position will be expected to be open to learning new processes and procedures, while mastering and growing their existing skillset. Responsible for maintaining the Earned Value Management data integrity for multiple programs utilizing the Cobra and SAP toolsets including:
Forecasting of FPA type of metrics for program performanceWeekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual forecasting and variance analysis to financial plan including profitablility and cash flowCreating/ Maintaining/Updating of Projects in SAPEnsuring EAC accuracy for all efforts under responsibilityWork with program stakeholders to ensure financial performance is well understoodCreation of Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) deliverables (Formats 1-5, 7) when requiredCreation and Review of Variance reports with CAM inputCreates and maintains program baseline budgets for performance measurement.Provides support for internal and external audits for assigned programs.Create Ad Hoc analysis as neededOther duties as assigned by leadershipQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related analytical fieldBachelor’s Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 0-2 years of prior related experience. Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands in a fast paced environment. Effective interpersonal and communication skills.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel.Strong computer skills US citizenship required.Preferred Additional Skills:
