工作职责：1. 负责小红书官方账号选题规划、内容审核、推广执行，通过内容运营高效获客
2. 协助策划季度性社交媒体Campaign及跨部门沟通需求；
3. 跨团队沟通、跟进每月产品推广事宜，对推广效果进行有效的分析和动作优化；4. 需有效管理外部agency和内容创作者，产出高质量内容并驱动增长。
职位要求：
1. 3年以上在互联网或文旅品牌内容营销，市场营销、品牌营销、广告营销经验。
2. 有成熟小红书内容运营经验和方法论，审美在线，文字功底扎实
3. 数据驱动，具备数据分析能力、可使用SWOT等模型分析阶段效果
4. 熟悉海内外社交内容趋势，有旅游行业运营经验加分5. 沟通能力强，英文读写听达到工作语言水平，有留学/外企经验优先
