The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations, you will fuel the VIP sales team with data-driven insights and seamless processes, raising the stakes of success across the organization. In this role, you will help shape the strategy for our rapidly expanding Loyalty & Experiences team, enabling them to achieve ambitious goals and make high-impact decisions. You will report into the Senior Manager of Loyalty & Experiences Strategy & Operations to develop, craft, and present impactful business strategies.

What you'll do as a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations

Build a strategic roadmap for success across our Loyalty & Experiences organization, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

Develop and implement a KPI-based approach to decision-making.

Utilize data to derive insights and create clear and concise summaries for leaders across DraftKings to understand the operating status of the team’s performance.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and execute opportunities for enhanced productivity.

Provide support in managing day-to-day operations, partnering with cross-functional departments and ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, Strategic Operations and Planning, or similar field.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively based on business needs.

Proficient in stakeholder and project management, including the ability to align cross-functional departments to accomplish organizational goals.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with experience in market research and deriving insights for business decisions.

Proficiency in Excel, with preferred experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, SQL, and/or Snowflake.

Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.

We’re a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) technology company headquartered in Boston. The US base salary range for this full-time position is 68,400.00 USD - 85,500.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
