About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on builder for a key pillar of our Retail B2B team. You will help grow and scale one of our big bets, expanding into B2B fulfillment. You will make recommendations based on data on how to grow and optimize the business and support processes; will work directly with our internal cross-functional partners to ensure our quality is unmatched and with external partners to strengthen our relationship while helping drive our top-level business objectives.
This role reports directly to the Manager of Strategy & Operations for Retail. We have designed this role to have increased scope and responsibility that are unlocked as the business continues its growth trajectory and as you demonstrate and grow your own capabilities.
