Senior Associate, Talent and Organization Development

The Senior Associate, Talent and Organization Development plays a critical role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our talent development and performance management process. This role requires a strategic and operational mindset, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and project management skills. This job requires high levels of adaptability, agility, and dealing with ambiguity along with high appetite for AI and technology.  They will be responsible for coordinating training programs, managing vendors, building market partnerships, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, overseeing talent related all employee communication, and facilitating professional development programs. 

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Organizational Development or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of work experience with a Master’s degree preferably in Talent and Organization Development, Human Resources, or a related field. Facilitation experience is mandatory.

Licenses and Certifications:

SHRM Certified Professional (Preferred) Train the Trainer from a reputed organisation

Training Program Coordination: Execute training programs for employees at all levels, covering various aspects of the business, and professional skills. Manage the training budget, track program effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments as needed. Manage training vendors, adhering to budget. Develop and maintain a training calendar and schedule. Track employee participation and completion rates. Evaluate training effectiveness through post-training assessments and feedback mechanisms. Vendor Management: Manage the PO process and ensure POs are released on time Market Partnership: Work closely and collaboratively with Ford's market talent team Ensure their needs are understood and addressed in a timely manner Play the role of talent consultant to the market talent leads  Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to training, and development participation, effectiveness and performance management. Develop and present regular reports to leadership on key metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Utilize data to inform strategic decisions regarding talent management initiatives. Maintain dashboards and reporting tools. Employee Communication: Develop and implement strategies for effective internal communication related to talent initiatives. Create and distribute engaging content through various channels (e.g., email, intranet, announcements). Manage internal communication calendars and ensure timely dissemination of information. Gather employee feedback and incorporate it into communication strategies. Professional Development Facilitation and content creation Develop and implement professional development programs for individuals and teams. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent development. Leveraging AI based L&D tools to create byte sized content that is timely and relevant to employees.
