At PwC, our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.Those in human resource operations at PwC will focus on all areas of Human Resources and the business in executing Human Resources related transactions and administrative activities. You will be a primary HR point of contact in the resolution, escalation or routing of inquiries as needed in line with HR protocols and guidelines, as well as be part of a team of problem solvers that help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
We are looking for a Senior Associate – Process Excellence to drive process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and support change management initiatives.
The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in process mapping, with advanced proficiency in Visio and expertise in preparing process documentation, including SOPs, RACI matrices, and governance frameworks.
This role requires a curious mindset, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a resilient attitude towards overcoming challenges.
As a strong advocate for change management, you will play a key role in identifying, documenting, and optimizing processes to drive business transformation.
Knowledge of Human Capital (HC) processes is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Mapping & Documentation:
Develop detailed process maps using Visio, ensuring clarity and accuracy.Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), RACI matrices, and governance frameworks to establish process ownership and accountability.Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in existing workflows.Process Improvement & Change Management:
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current-state processes and design optimized future-state processes. Lead and support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows. Advocate for and drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance:
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Human Capital and other business units, to understand process needs and challenges. Implement governance frameworks to ensure sustainable process improvements. Facilitate workshops and discussions to align stakeholders on process changes.Autonomous & Agile Working:
Take ownership of assigned projects with minimal supervision. Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and ambiguous situations. Demonstrate resilience in overcoming roadblocks and driving initiatives to completion.Key Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
1-2 years in process mapping, process documentation, or business process improvement. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Visio for process mapping.Strong expertise in developing SOPs, RACI matrices, and governance frameworks. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.Change Management Advocate: Ability to influence and drive change within an organization. Curiosity & Problem-Solving: Eager to ask questions, explore new ideas, and challenge the status quo. Resilience & Independence: Thrives in ambiguous situations and works effectively with minimal supervision.
