Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Amazon Connect and a strong background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. This role involves leading technical projects ensuring seamless integration and driving innovation to enhance our companys technological capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Amazon Connect solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the integration of Amazon Connect with existing systems and platforms.Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Amazon Connect best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Develop and maintain technical documentation for Amazon Connect implementations.Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Amazon Connect.Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Amazon Connect and related technologies.Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all technical solutions.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their technical needs.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Amazon Connect with proven implementation experience.Demonstrate expertise in integrating Amazon Connect with various systems.Exhibit knowledge of Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains.Showcase excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.Show proficiency in technical documentation and code review processes.Demonstrate the ability to stay updated with industry trends and advancements.Exhibit a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation.Possess a strong understanding of security and data protection standards.Have experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.Show the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
