Assist in resolving breaks and in preparation of cash projections or wiresAssist in setting up of the Fund and its investments/AIVs/Partners in the systemCalculate fees and prepare NAV packProcess capital calls and distributions; prepare waterfall filePrepare and issue Partners’ capital statement (PCAP)Prepare of financial statements (FS) as per US GAAP/IFRSHandling audit / investors’ queries in timely mannerPrepare ad hoc / customized reports for fund or investorsProvide training to new joinerDisplay: (Desired Skills)
CA/Inter CA/MBA Finance/CFA/MMS/PostgraduateRelevant experience in fund accountingSound analytical skills; team playerFair understanding of legal documents and its interpretationGood financial product and financial reporting knowledgeSound accounting knowledgeGood communication skills; client orientationProficient in Microsoft excel, word and power pointDeliver: (Goals)
Zero issues in setting up the fund and its static dataZero breaks on NAV date.
