Job Description & Summary
Senior Associates work closely with clients and alongside top problem solvers across all stages of
consulting case-projects: identifying the major issues that the client is facing, generating hypotheses
against those issues, structuring, and performing analyses, identifying creative but pragmatic options
against the identified issues, developing conclusions, making strategic recommendations, and then
developing plans to operationalize the agreed strategy.
As a Senior Associate you are often end to end responsible for a work stream within the project
working directly with Strategy& and client team members. You might manage a team of associates
and you will work across a variety of industries and often at the client site. Travel can be a essential
part of the job.

What you’ll bring (Experience & Qualifications)
• An advanced degree such as a MBA or PhD or masters in science, engineering from top tier
universities;
• At least 3-5 years relevant consulting, industry or functional work experience showing strong
career progression and (academic) achievement with minimum 2 yrs. experience in top tier
consulting firms
• Practical experience in one or more of the following:
o Strategy or strategic planning
o Market Research, Entry
o Supply chain
o Organizational restructuring/transformation
o Digital Strategy & transformations
• Ability to adapt and work across multiple sectors, problem areas, demonstrating superior
business acumen, experience managing teams in consulting setup is a plus.
