Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience specializing in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for innovation in the R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects that drive the companys mission to improve healthcare outcomes.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain LIMS applications to support laboratory workflows and data management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for LIMS enhancements.Design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions to meet project objectives.Ensure the integrity and security of data within LIMS applications.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LIMS-related issues.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design development testing and deployment.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve LIMS applications.Work closely with R&D Preclinical and Clinical teams to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.Develop and maintain documentation for LIMS applications including user manuals and technical specifications.Train and mentor junior developers on LIMS technologies and best practices.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all LIMS-related activities.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Qualifications
Possess a strong technical background with a minimum of 6 years of experience in LIMS development.Demonstrate expertise in software development including proficiency in programming languages relevant to LIMS.Have experience in the R&D Preclinical or Clinical domains with a deep understanding of their specific requirements.Show a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and efficient software solutions.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Display excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Certifications Required
Certified LIMS Professional (CLP) Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP)
